New Work

ZENANIGANS

Hello out there!
Welcome back to the Menage A Draw web comic. This week's post is called "Zenanigans" and it was written and drawn by Adam Ford. Adam really raised the bar from the first week with this one. Chris and I almost fell out when we saw his pencils.

Chris told me he was hesitant to ink Adam's blue lines because they were so clean. He got over it though, and did a killer job on the inks.

As for the colors, I whipped up some watercolors and scanned them in old school. Also, this week's comic welcomes letterer Jason Barnes to the group. Jason designed the title and creadits as well as the exit "END" lettering. I think he did an awesome job as well, and I hope he keeps working with us.

Make sure to come back next Monday for Chris Bivins' X-Mas story. It will be inked by yours truly and colored by Adam.

The Rough Stuff

Hey everyone,
It's Wednesday of our second week here on the web comic blog, and Adam has written and penciled his first story. It's two pages long, and he will be handing it off to Chris tonight for the ink treatment.

I thought it might be nice to share some of the preliminary artwork from last week's comic while you all eagerly wait for this Sunday's post though, so here it is.

1st POST!!!

Hey Everybody,
Welcome to the Ménage à Draw web comic blog. This blog will post weekly web comics from it's three creators Joe Karg, Adam Ford, and Chris Bivins. We will all switch jobs with each post, but I guess you already know that since you just read our first comic up above.

These comics will have no driving themes, characters or genres. We are going to write and draw whatever we'd like each week, so expect anything from drama, to comedy, to all out shenanigans in the posts to come.

Make sure to come back next Sunday when Adam will write/draw, Chris will ink, and I'll color/letter. Even I don't know what Adam has in store for us, but I'm sure it's going to be awesome.
